My research projects/interest include the following:
1) Investigating broad scale patterns and drivers of fish communities in both lakes and streams, with a specific interest in how connectivity may facilitate or inhibit the movement of fish within and across freshwaters.
2) The Continental Limnology project is a collaborative research effort which is building a LAGOS-US database that is a compilation of GIS data and in situ measurements from tens of thousands of lakes. The goal of this database is to improve understanding and prediction of nutrient patterns for ALL continental US lakes. https://lagoslakes.org
