I was lucky enough to spend a summer working with the wonderful people at Kieser & Associates, an environmental consulting firm (http://www.kieser-associates.com/projects/lake-management/).
A few highlights include, 1) surveying aquatic vegetation in lakes across the state of Michigan, 2) collecting, rearing, and distributing weevils as a biocontrol for invasive Eurasian watermilfoil, and 3) water quality and groundwater sampling.
